Life unfolds ... some of it here. This blog began as a way to focus on the good things in the midst of a crisis and be a connection to friends and family when it seemed to take all of my time just to weather the storms. It seems to have transformed into a sanctuary of musing and inspiration. Feel free to join me!

Weekend in St. Louis ... it was Christmas for the kids, work for me and for K both (though it seems more like play to take pictures), and honestly pretty emotionally exhausting! But we all survived, waved goodbye at the airport (K was going on to Florida for more business meetings), and drove 6 hours back home. Now that the kids have had a taste of Christmas, I feel like I've officially climbed the big holiday slide and hit the "no turning back" point! WHEEEEEEE ... This time next week, IT'S CHRISTMAS EVE!
